- Entitlement Programs - Identify, apply for and maximize Public Benefits and Funding Sources such as Social Security, DDA and Medicaid
- Person Centered Plans - Develop goals, maximize utilization of DDA services, assist with plan or service provider changes
- Service Providers - Assist in evaluating, selecting, coordinating, overseeing and mana

About Us
Tom Liniak - Founder
Tom is a licensed attorney and the co-founder of the award winning nonprofit Sports Plus, whose innovative sports and social programs for those with autism and other disabilities have been studied by the University of Colorado. He is a recognized expert and innovator in the field of disability employment. Programs and techniques that he has pioneered have led to record results for job candidates at two different Maryland providers. As the Director of Employment Services at the Jewish Social Services Agency (JSSA), the agency was named Maryland Disability Employment Provider of the Year and its groundbreaking work was featured in multiple WJLA-TV7 stories and by the Society for Human Resource Management. Tom currently serves on the State of Maryland Employment First Committee and previously served on the Montgomery County Commission on People with Disabilities and is a DDA Certified Support Broker. He also brings the personal perspective of a parent of a young adult with autism to all of his work with families.
